Seattle Seahawks Are Warming UP!

It was training day and Aaron Curry was just about to be signed, what a glorious day. The boys are back in uniform and few new ones on the roster. Local player Nate Burleson is off the injury list and he has a new buddy wide receiver, yeah you said it, T.J. Houshmandzadeh. One of the longest names you will ever see on the back of a jersey but I am looking forward to seeing him in action. We have a good roster this year and if there is a such thing as Karma for this team, we shouldn't have any injuries this season. We are done playing our third string. It is our time to shine. Be the best 12th man/wo-Man you can be, I will. Lets hear it for the boys!

Light Rail Adventure

On Wednesday my business partner and I decided to try out Seattle's latest transportation. Walking from Qwest Field stadium we walked up the North parking lot Stairs to the International District Station. Before going down the stairs you have to pay at a electronic station and head down to hop aboard. The trains are going smoothly and timely, you just have to figure out how to pay before baording. That was probably the only questionalbe task. Otherwise we went all the way to Tukwila and stopped along the way to see all of the art for each station. Please take a look at the video and enjoy. Light Rail Attractions

Columbia City businesses are advertising discounts to the Light Rail riders during July 18th through September 7th. This is a great idea! This is what the businesses were promised more consumers from outside of the neighborhood. Columbia City's reatil, restaurants and shopping had always had a certain appeal to me and now that I can enjoy the character of the area without driving to it, I will make it a frequent destiantion.
